Beatriz De Pablo Rocha

The combination of the two places where I grew up (Madrid and a small village in Badajoz, Extremadura) has made me a passionate traveler almost from birth. Unknown destinations visited by travelers who ran away from clichés and unusual places have always caught my attention, and from my point of view, these are the places that best allow you to get to know a culture and its traditions.

I firmly believe that each of the trips we make changes our life (even just a little), and that is why I rely on experiences when I have to choose a new destination and the activities to enjoy there. I had the opportunity to spend a couple of weeks in a favela in Cape Town and listening to the real stories of the people living there absolutely changed my mind. Since I started traveling (through most of Europe and several destinations in Africa), I have felt the need to share these amazing and very diverse experiences with all the people who allow me to do it and create in them a memory for a lifetime.

What places and activities do you specialize in?

"Custom-made itineraries and unique trips based in local experiences and the culture of Spain, Portugal and Morocco."

How did you get involved in travel?

"As I had to travel a lot between Madrid and Badajoz as a child, I started to get curious about all the places I passed by. That curiosity grew and over the time I began to take trips that allowed me to know different destinations and cultures. I decided to guide my career in the world of tourism, and for 5 years I have turned my passion into my job, organizing trips that create memories in the lives of others."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"It’s really difficult for me to choose just one experience, but as we are talking about unique experiences probably I have to talk about the first time I lived a Flamenco show at a private and really small Sacromonte Cave, in Granada. Flamenco has always been special for me and could sound like “a cliché” in our country, but to watch a live show in such a magical and familiar place was absolutely memorable. "

We had Gisella for the walking tour. We really connected with her, and she showed us a TON of Lisbon. She gave us tips and ideas for food and drink that we used during our free time. She was friendly, and easy to understand.

On Monday, we had Vitor for the day. He added a lot of personal details, and took us to some of his favorite spots near Setubal. He gave us a great intro to Evora as well. He was super friendly and accommodating.

Telma gave us a very informative walking tour through Évora. She really knew her stuff, and it was wonderful to learn about the area through her knowledge and experience.

Daniella on the Food Tour in Lisbon was captivating. She has such a way about her, and gave us so much more info and history about the area AND the food/drink. We wish we had more time with her. She made a small group tour seem super friendly, and encouraged connection between the other guests.

We really enjoyed getting to know Nuno on our Sintra/Cascais day trip. He was so much fun, and shared not only info about the amazing areas we were visiting, but about himself and his family. There was a great connection there as well. He was a lot of fun, and gave us great suggestions.

We spent our last night in the home of Sofia and Carlos in Lisbon. That was such a fantastic way to end this trip. They were warm, funny, and the food/drink was incredible as well. While it’s hard to pick a favorite thing for the week, getting to spend time with them in their home was something we will never forget.

Beatriz was very easy to work with through all of it, and super responsive. We always felt like we had our own, personal team working to make this trip a fantastic experience before and during the week. She planned such great things for us, we would absolutely use the service again.

Hotel Review
Dear Lisbon - Gallery House
Lisbon

Great location, amazing stuff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights total, 2 blocks of 2 nights, 2 separate rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean, maybe a bit beat up here and there (walls, corners), but that wasn’t an issue. About the only thing I’d want would be a bit more light in the bathrooms of both rooms. A makeup mirror/lamp would take care of that. The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy for us to enjoy our time there. The breakfasts were delicious, and I’m missing them now that I’m at home. The location is great - you can walk a lot of places quite quickly, or you have a tram stop right by the hotel. We’d absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I could never have planned this vacation without KimKim-specifically Beatriz De Pablo from Espiritu Travel. At the outset, I tried organizing the trip myself utilizing online services but I instinctively knew professional help was needed to maximize this travel experience.
Our 16-day trip began in Barcelona with travel to Girona, Tarragona ending in Madrid. KimKim arranged all of our train tickets, hotel stays, and tours and provided background support via the Trip Plans App which placed all information at our fingertips and access to support from Beatriz's team 24/7. Initially, I was skeptical but now I would not plan such an ambitious trip without relying on KimKim.
All of the hotels we stayed at were well-located smaller boutique properties with top-notch service that frankly exceeded the service levels we have experienced in large name-brand luxury hotels. And I fully admit I would never have selected these hotels on my own just by reading reviews on the internet--that is the value added provided by KimKim.
The Petit Palace Icon Barcelona was well located. It was extremely clean, and comfortable, with nice amenities in the well-appointed rooms. The breakfasts (included) were very good. They also offered food service with a bar. Everything was within easy walking distance and more importantly, it was quiet--Barcelona can get noisy! In Girona we stayed at the Carlemany which again was a very nice and well-located hotel; it was newer and more modern but the rooms were very comfortable (the bed was exceptionally comfortable!). We could quickly walk over the bridge to the old Girona or to the Plaza Independencia. Our hotel in Tarragona was more spectacular in terms of views-we stayed at the H10 Imperial Tarraco and had a view of the ocean/beach and the Roman Amphitheatre. Again, the property was very nice with a good restaurant and bar. By far our favorite hotel was the Hotel Catalonia Las Cortes in Madrid. You would never know it was there! Again, the location was perfect for tourists like us. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was very nice, quiet, and spacious again with great amenities. The breakfast at Hotel Catalonia Las Cortes was probably the best of all of the properties we stayed at plus in the afternoons they offered complimentary snacks, and coffee which was very welcomed after a long day of sightseeing.
As for guides and tours:
Barcelona
On our first night of the trip, we had the best Tapas Tour imaginable. It was a small group led by Bryan, a food critic who knew and understood the food scene in Barcelona and graciously shared his wealth of experience. We visited 3 restaurants and enjoyed great food and wine plus met some interesting people.
Day 2 : Dani (Gaudi Tour)
Dani was so knowledgeable about Gaudi and the overall history of Barcelona and its unique architecture. We learned so much from this walking tour.
Day 3: Montserrat & Penedes Tour (Joan & Roger from Llopart Winery)
We wished we had more time in Montserrat; what a spectacular site. I would definitely revisit this site. After Montserrat, we visited Llopart Winery and received quite a comprehensive lesson on wines in the region and tasted exceptional wine.
We spent days 4/5 doing self-guided tours using the wealth of information provided by Beatriz. What a great city to explore.
Girona (GUIDE: Laura)
Once again we were lucky to have such a knowledgeable and friendly guide. She really explained the overall history of the area and shared her academic expertise. We really appreciated Laura's tour of Girona. In fact, if we were to return to Girona/Barcelona we would definitely want to arrange tours with her.
Tarragona (GUIDE: Carmen)
Another friendly expert. We enjoyed our afternoon with Carmen and appreciated her suggestions for other things to see in the area.
Tarragona (Priorat Wine Tour-)
Our private driver took us to two wineries. At the first winery, Mervm Priorati, we were lucky to have Ania guide us through the wines and provide a tour of the property and wine-making operation. The wines were very good. In fact, we shipped some home! The second winery was also nice although I cannot recall the name of the guide. But we did prefer the first winery.
Madrid ( Madrid Walking Tour/ Toldedo)
Brad was such a charming and friendly guide. We really enjoyed the walking tour which proved to be very helpful over the duration of our stay in Madrid. Toledo was an unexpected surprise! Our guide Victor Rodriguez was excellent and really shared his deep knowledge of this incredible UNESCO site.

No review of this trip would be complete without acknowledging the value of the direct communication with KimKim afforded by the App. We used this so much. With a click of a button and you are sending a message to your travel consultant and receiving a reply immediately. We received confirmations for all of our guides, and excursions through the App. When we were considering additional excursions or purchasing tickets for a museum we communicated through the App and everything was arranged. When we decided we wanted to leave on an earlier train from Toledo (on a Sunday of a holiday weekend) we utilized the App and were told how to exchange our train tickets. Beatriz advised us who would be our contact on her days off. It was fabulous! We always felt like we had someone to reach out to if necessary.

Hotel Reviews
ICON BCN by Petit Palace
Barcelona

The Icon is a lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location. Its small size allows the staff to provide excellent service. The rooms and the entire property are VERY clean. Breakfast is extremely good. Nothing like the typical fare at a Hampton Inn in the USA. The hotel also has a nice little bar that serves food plus a charming outdoor space with a pool. Right across the street is a 5-star hotel--go ahead and enjoy the rooftop bar on that property but I doubt the experience of staying there would exceed the service we received at the intimate and quiet Icon.

Authenticity & Character
Old architecture; the rooms were not overly huge but they were very comfortable. Did not feel like cookie-cutter brand hotel rooms
Location
We liked the fact it was off the main street but close enough to get where you wanted to go fast. Restaurants etc nearby
Staff
The staff knew who you were by name and what room you were in;
Cleanliness & Comfort
Nice amenities (Molton & Brown); comfortable bed; very prompt cleaning your room each day

H10 Imperial Tarraco
Tarragona
Authenticity & Character
Modern hotel but very nice
Location
The view from this hotel was stunning; Overlooking the beach and the Roman ruins; Easy to walk to restaurants
Staff
The gentleman who was at the front desk was so nice and helpful
Cleanliness & Comfort
Clean, comfortable...the only minus was that the shower (which was clearly remodeled) got the floor really wet everytime you used it but other than that it was great
Catalonia Las Cortes
Madrid

What a delightful property; Loved the location and the rooms. It was charming...the people who worked there were so nice and helpful. The breakfast service was excellent; nice buffet but you could also get made-to-order omelets, eggs etc. In the afternoon, they have snacks (finger sandwiches, coffee, and other items)

Authenticity & Character
Just a charming property with charming rooms. They have maintained the character of the original building while incorporating the hotel function.
Location
Hidden gem; You would not know this hotel was even there...but it was right off of Santa Ana Square and easy to get to everywhere you wanted to go
Staff
The staff was friendly and attentive
Cleanliness & Comfort
The entire property was very clean; Best towels ever!

Our travel specialist Beatriz (Bea) was incredibly dedicated and ensured that we visited the cities in Portugal that were most appealing to us. A few stand out experiences that we highly recommend: Duomo valley tour (100% ask to book a Quintas lunch experience!!!), our private cooking class in Porto (huge shout out to Vitor!) , and our kayaking excursion to the Bengali caves in Algarves. The hotel recommendations were fantastic as well - all located in convenient, central locations and were usually walking distance to our tours. It was an absolute pleasure planning my trip with Bea! She was extremely helpful with plenty of great ideas with places and activities to do. After I chose what I wanted, she handled all the reservations and let me know where to go to meet up for each activity. When I didn't have anything specifically scheduled, she gave me a list of highlights of what I might be interested in checking out. She handled rental cars for me and even included directions on how to get to the places I was headed to. At each city I visited, she gave me a list of many different restaurant recommendations that included their websites so I could look them over and decide where I wanted to go. While on the trip, there was a feature called "chat" so if I had any questions, I could communicate with her. It was the most comprehensive, well planned trip I have ever taken thanks to Kim Kim and Bea!

Hotel Reviews
Gran Hotel Havana
Barcelona

Location wise, it was really good. There were always taxis waiting outside the hotel which made it easy to get a ride. The hotel itself was very nice. There were many breakfast options to choose from.

Authenticity & Character
It was a big city hotel. It was nice, but not any special character to it.

Staff
We arrived at 10am on the first day, they couldn't seem to find us a room prior to 3pm when check in was. It would have been nice if they could have gotten us a room a bit earlier than that since we had a long trip.
Cleanliness & Comfort
It was a pretty big bedroom and very clean.
Palacio de Santa Inés Hotel
Granada

It was a very unique hotel in an excellent location to everything, easy walking distance. The hotel had a lot of charm and we had a view of the Alhambra which was spectacular. It was not just one room but also had a living room space which was really nice. I didn't love the breakfasts in the mornings.

Authenticity & Character
It's a very unique hotel with a lot of charm.
Location
Close to everything a tourist would want to see and close to restaurants
Staff
They were friendly but I didn't like that when I left the hotel each time, I'd often see one of the clerks outside the front door smoking cigarettes.
Cleanliness & Comfort
It was nice to have a bigger area with an included living space.
Las Casas de la Judería
Seville

We thought it was a special hotel with a uniqueness to it that was charming. The location was good to shopping, restaurants, places we wanted to explore. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious and comfortable. It was a bit challenging to navigate the different buildings in order to reach our room. There were many food choices at breakfast that were really tasty.

Loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, the hotel felt very authentic, the room was really nice. The hotel had a lovely terrace on top. It was in a great location to where we could walk around and see what was going on. I loved the courtyard feel of the place and the breakfast was really really good. Loved this one the most!

Authenticity & Character
Location
Right in the middle of what's going on in the old section of Tangier. The markets selling fish, meat, spices, etc... were right there and so interesting to walk around there.

Belmar Spa & Beach Resort
Lagos

We liked this hotel. It had a very nice lobby area. The location next to the beach was phenomenal. The breakfast was really good and they took your order for how you wanted your eggs so they were cooked to order which was nice. There were pretty looking pools but the outside ones were not heated so a little too cold to enjoy in April. In order to go to the old town where there were many restaurant choices, you did have to drive to in order to reach them. The room had a small kitchen area that we didn't use but if we had stayed longer, it would have been nice to have.

Authenticity & Character
I'm not sure it has a lot of character, but it was nice. To get to the outside pools was not very well marked.
Location
Really close to the beach but not close to the many restaurants in the old section of Lagos.

Alfama - Lisbon Lounge Suites
Lisboa

We were originally slated to stay at this hotel, but they changed it and so this review is for Dear Lisbon-Gallery House. This was definitely our least favorite hotel. It did not feel like a particularly safe area that the hotel was located in and it wasn't really close to anything that we wanted to see or spend time at. The lobby and breakfast area were very nice but the room was not to our satisfaction. There were many stains in the carpet in our room. The breakfast had many options and were good and the hotel clerk was very helpful and sweet.

Authenticity & Character
The lobby and breakfast area were nice but the room was nothing special and the rug had many stains on it.
Location
There were many better locations to be in than this hotel.
Staff
The one clerk helped us when we needed to arrange for transportation to get to the airport at the end of our stay.

Tangier

There was a bit of confusion at the start with the tour guide trying to take us to another place that we hadn't signed up for and that would cost more money, and that he recommended we go to Asilah the second day instead of the first, after we got through all of that, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about Tangier and spend a long time with us showing us all around. Because of the confusion, they kindly gave us a bonus of a ride on camels and that was really fun and memorable!

Our tour guide had a lot of information to share and showed us many of the highlights of Spain. He was very knowledgeable and had a well thought out plan of where the tour should start and end. We loved that at one point we took a break and he got us custard tarts that are customary of Portugal. We thought that was very thoughtful and fun! We visited Madrid, Toledo, Merida, Zafra, Seville, Grazelema, Ronda, Granada and Cordoba. Our trip was filled with historical tours of many of the cities and the guides selected for us were wonderful. Most were local to the town we visited and most were true historians; extremely knowledgeable, but also with a good sense of humor. We enjoyed all of them. We also visited an Olive Oil Estate , Countryside Wine Tour and a Gourmet Tapas and wine tour. Each tour was unique and enjoyable. Ester was our favorite wine from our wine tour.
We also participated in a ceramic tile painting workshop while in Grenada. I would definitely recommend this workshop for all. They explained the process, demonstrated and were very patient with us as we tried to replicate their handiwork. We had so much fun and it is nice to have our tiles as a perfect souvenir.

Driving through the country was quite easy and a little interesting when arriving at city centers. Some of the roads are quite narrow, but it added to the adventure.

If I have another chance to visit Spain, I would spend more time in Toledo and Ronda. And I would leave the last couple of days without any plans to relax. With so much to see and do, it is hard not to over schedule.

Thank you again Bea and KimKim!

Wow, where to start? From the beginning of planning the trip, we had an amazing experience with Beatriz. She answered all of our questions super quickly and I really liked that the budget we discussed was stuck to, so there’s no surprises at the end when you get the invoice. We did a 10-day trip to Spain (Barcelona, Sevilla, and Madrid) and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We wanted a trip that we had planned events like a tapas tour, cooking class, museums trips, day trips, etc., but also enough time to ourselves to enjoy just waking around the cities and doing our own thing. I think our favorite parts were the tapas tour in Barcelona, the cooking class in Sevilla (the guides on this one were AMAZING, highly recommend), and the day trip to Toledo. Unfortunately, on the day we were supposed to go to a winery, I was not feeling well, but it was very easy to cancel because all of the information I needed was in the trip app. When we’re ready for our next big trip, we will certainly use KimKim again - we loved the ease of having everything we needed like train tickets, museum tickets, and phone numbers for important contacts right in the app at our fingertips. Thank you Beatriz and the KimKim team for making our trip so amazing!!

Arc La Rambla
Barcelona

The location is great because you’re in an area that makes it easy to walk around the city. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly! As many hotels are in Europe, it’s older so the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on around you. So if you’re a light sleeper (like me!) bring ear plugs and maybe install a nice sound machine app on your phone. We had the free breakfast included, but ended up only using it once. I’d recommend walking down the street to the local market and grabbing something there instead. Overall, a decent place to put your head at night, but if you’re looking for a luxury stay, maybe look elsewhere!

The aesthetic is super cool - very eclectic wall paper in the rooms and carpeting in the hallways. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Walls we’re very thin and the room would get very hot at night, despite trying to lower the temperature on the AC. Bathroom was updated nicely, but there was no shower door in ours, just a long piece of glass, so water would get on the floor when showering. For what we were looking for on our trip (essentially a place to put our heads at night, shower, and change) it was perfect. If you’re looking for a luxury stay, this is not the hotel for you!

This hotel is in the heart of a large shopping district and in busy roads - so light sleepers beware! It’s also in a pedestrian area, so a taxi can’t drop you off right in front of the door. The room itself was fine, beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice and large. The shower was… interesting. Took me a few tries to master as there are multiple shower nozzles, a large shower head, and other odd features that were a bit confusing! The walls are paper thin, so again, beware light sleepers! The location was great to get around the city and if you enjoy shopping.

This was a great experience. We visited 4 separate restaurants and got to try at least 4 different tapas at each location and a drink of choice at each location. We had about 10 people in our group and the guide was really knowledgeable. There’s a lot of different options for the tapas but if you’re a vegetarian or don’t like seafood, this may not be a good experience for you as most options had meat or fish in them. We had a lovely private tour of this estate and our guide, Sarah, was so knowledgeable about all of the different olive types and what they’re used for (eating vs olive oil extraction). The estate itself is beautiful and you get to see the modern day way they make olive oil as well as the ancient way they used to make it. The owner of the estate also has an impressive collection of old horse carriages that was an unexpected, but very interesting, addition to the trip. From start to finish, we felt like we were in good hands. We had a wonderful experience planning and taking our trip to Spain with Kim Kim. Our local agent, Beatriz De Pablo was consistently reliable and available to us both before we left, and also the whole time we were in Spain. And if she wasn’t in, she made sure to let us know the name and contact information of a colleague who was covering for her. That greatly helped in reducing the stress of traveling with my older parents, who have some mobility issues. It was especially nice to get an upgrade to premium class on our train rides, with meals included. The hotel - train station and hotel – airport transfers were welcome, and even when there was a problem with one of them, the team worked to quickly resolve the situation to our satisfaction.

The driver who picked us up from MAD when we landed on 1 Nov was reassuring about waiting for us after we landed, as we navigated through the massive airport with my parents in wheelchairs. The driver who picked us up at the Granada train station was very nice too. Our guides in all destinations were uniformly outstanding: Alberto (Granada), Fátima (Córdoba) and Teresa (Sevilla). They had a solid knowledge base about the locations, as well as great personalities, which made spending time with them a pleasure. We appreciated that Bea arranged separate tickets to la Mezquita in Córdoba to accommodate my parents, who weren't able to accompany us on the official tour. We especially liked our driver, David, who picked us up at Atocha station on 14 Nov and brought us to our hotel in Madrid, and who also drove us to MAD on 15 Nov. He was friendly and helpful.

We loved it all, but especially the cooking class in Sevilla! Laura was a warm, kind, and patient instructor and the food was delicious (looking forward to receiving the recipes!).

Breakfast was served in a large utilitarian room, but the choices were great, and the service was responsive and friendly. The courtyards and fountains were magical, but one caution I would mention is that the various steps up and down through the garden and courtyard areas were not well-lit or marked. We were traveling with my elderly parents, and I worried about them slipping and falling. Otherwise, it's a lovely property. We didn't get a chance to partake in the "honor bar" in the lovely library, but I loved the idea of it and we definitely would have if we had had more time in the beautiful city of Córdoba.

Hotel H10 Casa de la Plata
Sevilla

Hotel H10 Casa de la Plata was our favorite hotel during our two-week stay in Spain. Front desk staff were top-notch: warm and welcoming. The lobby area is tastefully appointed with eclectic furnishings and decor. The guest rooms are wonderful: spacious but cozy. We loved the bidet and the illuminated toilet :-) There was witty and whimsical art on the walls, eye-pleasing colors and - a first for us - a pillow menu!! The breakfast buffet was lavish and delicious, with more choices than we knew what to do with. Service at breakfast was warm, friendly and welcoming.

Authenticity & Character
Location
In the middle of the old city, in the pedestrian zone - ideally situated. May be difficult to reach, though, for folks with mobility issues, as the closest taxis can come is about 500m away.
Staff
Special shout-out to Fran, who walked out to help find us when were arrived in old Sevilla, and were lost with our rental car on the narrow cobblestone streets. He graciously helped us with our luggage and guided us to the hotel.
Cleanliness & Comfort
Bidet and illuminated toilet in the bathroom. Pillow menu - oh my!
Catalonia Las Cortes
Madrid

Hotel is lovely, with excellent service, comfortable rooms and beds, and great breakfast.

Authenticity & Character
A nice mix of character and history, with modern amenities.
Location
Central location, near museums, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza Santa Ana
Staff
Consistently friendly and helpful
Cleanliness & Comfort
Very clean. One issue is that the rooms on one floor (not sure which one) all have a substantial step up into the bathroom. This was a hazard for my elderly parents, to the point that they requested a room change, which hotel staff accommodated quickly and efficiently. There are also door stoppers affixed permanently to the floor, which are easy to walk into and stub one's toe.

Bea was so patient and helpful in planning our trip to Portugal and Morocco! She checked in with us throughout the process and during the trip. The trip itself was incredible. During our stay in Morocco, we had a designated guide/driver with us throughout the trip which was really nice for consistency. Our guide in Marrakesh, Hamid, was fantastic. I was so impressed with his knowledge and ability to help us understand Moroccan culture. He was very kind and helpful. We also had a really great guide in Chefchaouen, also named Hamid. This was my favorite city in Morocco and he really helped us see so much of it's beauty. Overall, just an amazing vacation!

We loved this hotel! On our way back through Lisbon before heading home, we ended up booking here again because we liked it so much. The staff was wonderful. We had some issues with lost luggage and they were so helpful in calling the airport to check on the status of our bags so we could go out and do some sightseeing. The rooms are lovely and it's a great location with a beautiful view of the city.

Privately Guided Tour of Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen

This was my favorite city in Morocco, by far! I couldn't stop taking pictures! We had a really lovely guide, Hamid, who took us on a walking tour of the city. He led us up pretty high in the city so we could get a nice view of the whole area and led us down through all the shops. He was very patient as we stopped all the time to take pictures.

Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride over Marrakech
Marrakesh

Honestly, I was a little disappointed in this experience. We thought it was a sunrise hot air balloon ride but when we got to the area with the balloons they had already taken off with other passengers so we didn't get to watch the sunrise in the balloon. There was a lot of confusion about when we would get to take the balloon ride and, essentially, we spent almost an hour waiting around not knowing what was going on. After about an hour, our driver had us get back in the car and drive to another point to get in the balloon. The ride itself was nice but leading up to it was pretty disorganized and there was a lot of waiting around.

Our driver was late picking us up so by the time we got to the balloon field the balloons had already taken off with other passengers. We missed seeing the sunrise in the balloon.

Privately Guided Visit of Marrakech
Marrakesh

Overall, this was a really great tour. Our guide, Hamid, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Marrakech is an amazing city and we were able to see quite a bit in just a short time. The only criticism is that we were taken to two places (one that sells creams and perfumes and one that sells rugs) to basically sit for a sales pitch to buy things from these vendors. It was interesting to learn about how these things are made but this cut into our tour time significantly.
