Shauna Brazil

As I am a huge fan of travelling, I quite enjoy luxury travel experiences although I also like to budget travel.
My role and approach to travel consists of all types of travel options from luxury 5* to budget 2*.
I specialise in both categories as I like to accommodate from solo travellers to large groups based on their budget and experiences expected.
I like to tailor packages suitable to all clients and fulfil their travelling expectations & needs.

What places and activities do you specialize in?

"I specialize in all aspects of travel, ranging from accommodation to transfers to car hire to venues."

How did you get involved in travel?

"From working in management in Dublin's Cultural Quarter, The famous Temple Bar for over 8 years I have always wanted to expand my career and myself become part of the travel industry & provide my clients with the cultural experiences of the beautiful emerald Isle. I enjoy to travel & meet new people.
From my experiences within the hospitality industry I encountered many travellers on a daily basis & it was an easy move into Irish tourism. I have been working in the tourist industry for a number of years.
"

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"My most unique travel experience was when I experienced my own culture and put myself into the shoes of an Irish tourist.
I explored the unknown of the beautiful emerald isle.
I started off in the heart of Dublin city where I took a road trip to County Fermanagh, to complete The Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail, known as The Stairway to heaven,
The route consisted of one of the largest expanses of blanket bog located in Northern Ireland. Traversing over tracks, boardwalk & staircase.
After 4 hours of trekking I reached the top which enabled me to have a view over the highest point in both Cavan & Fermanagh.
After completing the 5 1/2 hour walk I settled down in a beautiful hotel called Lough Erne resort located in Enniskillen, Lough Erne was the most perfect sunset location I have been in to date.
The following day I travelled from Enniskillen to my beautiful hometown Co. Waterford where I completed my biggest mountain challenge The Comeragh Mountains.
After Completing the trek and arriving at the top I realised how beautiful my hometown was and that's exactly when I realised I wanted my clients to have the opportunity to experience & fall in love with our wonderful little emerald island.

Austin created the trip that we had no idea we wanted. We basically said to him "we want to visit Ireland" and he delivered the BEST of the country. I cannot stress how easy and pleasant it was to work with Austin. And once we landed in Ireland, it was like he was with us. We followed his guide and had the most amazing trip. read more

This hotel was equally as nice as the one in Belfast, but not as new. It was in a great location, near both the train station and the city center. The breakfast was also excellent.

Hi Allyson, I am humbled by your remarks, to be honest I was in fear of what could go wrong with your trip given the public transport system in Ireland, I am so happy it turned out the way it did. Rail travel is a superb way to get around and the bus can help make good connections. So I am really happy for you that you got a trip you are completely happy with. I will pass on the messages to Galway Hotel as hospitality can be a tough job at times. Do take care Allyson and so happy you have such great memories. Austin
